Come join us in the spacious grass next to Bar Brial within Fortstraat Park for an all-levels Monday evening yoga class. Ease out of your workday and into your evening admist the late summer sun, all the while moving stagnant energy and awakening your body, mind, and spirit! Once a month we have a Saturday morning event too! In our Flow Yoga session, you'll be led through a breath-lead and fun vinyasa flow, with sequences to strengthen, and move stuck energy in the body, and breathing techniques to clear & ease the mind. 🎧 Flow with our comfy wireless headphones, so you can tune in to the music and your instructor, so you never miss a beat—or a pose! You control your own volume! It's a vibe you don't want to miss! Prior yoga experience is recommended, but everyone is encouraged to participate and enjoy the vibe :) Our instructor, Winni, will offer modifications and progressions to help individual needs. Bring your friends along and relax after at the spacious Bar Brial. BRING YOUR OWN YOGA MAT OR LARGE BEACH TOWEL! Headphones are supplied at check in. TEACHER Winni is experienced in SOY and teaches in Dutch. LEVEL This class is designed for beginners to advance to enjoy. Modifications will be offered throughout. WANNA JOIN?
