We are Sound On Yoga - an outdoor yoga studio in Belgium that was founded in 2019.

​

Sound On Yoga shares immersive yoga experiences guided by dedicated teachers in Belgium. We connect deeply with nature, 'flow' to soulful music through state-of-the-art headphones, and move through Vinyasa Slow Flow at a deliberate, relaxed pace.

​

We stay true to the easy-going and laid-back energy that being outside in nature brings. We strive to create a welcoming environment, for everyone under the sun. Let's flow together! ☀️

With interest in yoga and wellness at an all-time high, and the soul-nourishing SoundOnYoga vibe reaching more people across Belgium, we’re inviting new team members to help us share immersive outdoor yoga experiences with diverse communities.

We are an empathetic, compassionate team dedicated to making everyone feel supported and empowered — on and off the mat.

 

We host boutique private events, collaborate only with partners who align with our values, and intentionally create meaningful connections so every participant feels welcome in our growing community.

Roles Currently Available:

Sound On Yoga Teacher

We’re moving through some big shifts and are expanding our music-driven outdoor yoga community.


We’re looking for 1–2 authentic, inspiring individuals with a Yoga or Pilates Teacher Training, teaching experience, and a love for nature, music, and empowering movement.

​

Join our team as a:

  • Weekly outdoor SoundOnYoga teacher, or

  • Substitute teacher,
    with the opportunity to lead exclusive private events and yoga at festivals around Belgium.

​

You are someone who:

  • Loves teaching uplifting yoga for all bodies, ages, and abilities

  • Believes in nature, connection, and moving in a nourishing, mindful, empowering way

  • Feels inspired by music, or has a background in music/dance

  • Communicates openly, honestly, and with respect

  • Is playful, grounded, authentic… a natural cheerleader for all

As part of SoundOnYoga, you represent our values: movement, music, nature, and supportive community.
You share the SOY vibe, connect with participants, support fellow teachers, and help create uplifting outdoor experiences.

 

Your Responsibilities

  • Offer warm, reliable customer service and community connection

  • Clean, sound-check, pack, and care for headphone equipment

  • Capture simple photos/videos and upload them to our shared drive

  • Share occasional content for social media

  • Debrief with the SOY manager after classes or events
     

You Are

  • A certified Yoga/Pilates/Meditation/Breathwork teacher (250h+) with 1+ year teaching

  • Confident teaching outdoors in all weather (Dutch or English)

  • Musically aware (rhythm, timing, genres)

  • Available April–September for a weekly class + open to private events

  • Fit, enthusiastic, flexible, and comfortable improvising in nature
     

Not a fit if:
You have no group teaching experience or see this role as a stable full-time income.
