PARK POWER YOGA UNDER THE TREES AT GAZON ZOMERBAR EVERY SATURDAY AT 10:00 - 10:45 Teacher: Molly (Australian) Join us in the glorious grass of Gazon Zomerbar in Ghent for a Saturday morning feel-good flow. POWER FLOW: In our power yoga class you will be guided through a creative "vinyasa flow" that will include elements of core work, strength building, and unique breath exercises. Some yoga experience is recommended, and all are welcome. The teacher will provide options to modify or advance your postures. Previous yoga experience recommended for this class. We recommend a class pass to truly notice the benefits of a regular outdoor practice. SOY HEADSETS Experience music and voice instruction simultaneously through our wireless headsets, at the volume level of your choice, in a peaceful nature setting. You control your own volume. All bodies, experienced levels, abilities, backgrounds and genders welcome and invited to join our weekly class. PLEASE BRING: A YOGA MAT and/or large beach towel. Need a towel? We have them for rent (2€ each while supplies last). PRICE Single session 20€ 5 Class Pass: 75€ Flow Unlimited Pass: €160 Please note! UiTPAS holders with "Kansentarief": Single Session: 4€ (please select the full price option (20€) and then choose "Pay in person" at checkout. You can pay the reduced tariff on the day of the booking at check-in. Attention: the UiTPAS is a personal card. LOCATION: The sessions run in the beautiful outdoor location GAZON GENT!(Warmoezeniersweg 20, 9000 Gent). We absolutely love the amazing vibe there, so hang out afterwards for a drink. WEATHER PROOF: In case of rain showers we can run the session undercover but still outdoors @ Gazon Gent Booking online is necessary as headphones are limited! **Kindly let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you cannot attend the class, and your class will be refunded.
