SoundOnYoga organises bachelorette yoga parties across Belgium, outdoors, with silent disco headphones, a killer playlist, and a teacher who knows how to make a group of twenty women laugh, move, and leave completely zen.
We've done beach bachelorettes in Wenduine, garden parties in Gent, sunset flows in Oudenaarde and private sessions at venues across the country. Whatever vibe you're going for, we'll make it work.
Bachelorette yoga FAQ Do we need any yoga experience? Not at all. Our sessions are open level and our teachers make everyone feel at ease from the very first minute. Where can we book a bachelorette yoga session? Anywhere in Belgium. We regularly organise sessions in Gent, on the beach in Wenduine, in Oudenaarde, and at private venues across the country. You choose the spot, we come to you. How many people can join? We've guided groups of all sizes. Whether it's 8 friends or 40, we'll make it work. Can we combine yoga with other activities? Absolutely. Yoga works beautifully as a morning opener or a wind-down after a full day. We're happy to work around your programme. One of us is pregnant or postpartum. Can she still join? Absolutely. Just mention it when you book and we'll make sure the session works for everyone in the group. What do we need to bring? Just yourselves. We bring the headphones, the music, and the mats if you need them. How do we book? Get in touch via our contact form and we'll put something together tailored to your group. How it works
You pick the location, we take care of everything else. Headphones for the whole group, a session tailored to your energy, whether that's a spicy flow or something slower and more feel-good, and a teacher who sets the tone from the first breath.

Silent disco headphones keep you locked into every cue and every beat, no matter how strong the sea breeze. Your teacher can guide you in a soft, calm voice, carried by a legendary playlist, without disturbing the nature or the people around you. The headphones create your own little bubble; which helps you focus a little deeper, relax a little more, and is especially great if your mind tends to wander. We know it sounds strange, but it's something you just need to experience!
