EVENING PRACTICE WITH COMMUNITY SIMPLE. EMPOWERING. EFFECTIVE✨ NEXT SESSION: TUESDAY SEPTEMBER 16 20:00 - 21:20 ON ZOOM Guide: Molly Henderson The Evening Practice is a space to support us all in various life phases to tune-in, reset, and take really good care of you. A grounding, nourishing & calming evening practice to cultivate healthy habits for cooler months. Together, in community. Outline of the practice: 20:00 - arriving, grounding, softening in. 20:05 - Dharma Discussion 20:15 - slow stretching, caring for our joints, muscles, and tight spaces. 21:00 - Guided Meditation 21:10 - Sitting quietly 21:15 - Evening close. Ask questions directly to us via Instagram: @SoundOnYoga The practice includes: - 20 minute Dharma open discussion (each session a different theme) All recordings will be shared with you if you miss a day. - A 45 minute Flow practice (modifications offered to make you comfortable) - 10 minute guided meditation to deeply relax and reflect. This will be a relaxed evening gathering to connect with community and reflect on/share how the practice is going for you, and ask Molly questions. Shift into a soft evening of self-care after a busy summer. Enjoy a shared playlist to candlelight, with body-loving gentle stretches and breathwork.
